By using ChaloGhar you agree to these terms.

What we are

ChaloGhar is an online platform where owners, agents and builders list properties and buyers or tenants find them. Unless a listing says otherwise, we are not a party to any deal, and we do not collect token or booking money for any property.

Posting listings

• You must own the property or be authorised to list it, and the details, price and photos must be true and current.
• Agents and builders must hold a valid UP RERA registration and show it. New projects may only be advertised with their RERA registration number.
• Do not post duplicate, misleading or someone else's photos, or any unlawful content. We may edit, hide or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Listings expire after 45 days unless renewed. Paid visibility (Bump, Premium, VIP), when offered, is non-refundable once applied.

Verification

Badges such as “Verified” mean we carried out the checks shown on the listing. They are not a guarantee of title. Always check ownership documents, RERA status and the property in person before paying anything.

Contacting listers

Phone numbers are shared only to help with genuine property enquiries. Using them for spam, resale of data or harassment is not allowed. Daily limits apply.

Liability

We are not liable for deals between users or for information supplied by listers, to the extent permitted by law.

Grievances

Report a listing with the “Report” button, or write to our Grievance Officer at support@chaloghar.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
